When you bring your computer into Blackout Technologies, your contact information will be collected as to be able to reach you when the service is complete, and to streamline the process next time you arrive to our office. This data will go into our computer system and can be retrieved upon your next visit. Please: If any of your contact information has changed since your last visit, please update it so that we will be able to contact you if there are any questions regarding your system or so when it is time to pick up your computer, we will be able to let you know about it.

Commercial Customers:
When you require assistance, one of our trained professionals will discuss your needs with you, collect some company contact information. From this information, we will come to a personalized approach made just for your business to get you back up and running as soon as possible because we know, time is money!
